Once your photos for your dawghead have been approved and the deposit paid, you are then placed on the working wait list in the order that this information is received. The deposit confirms that you are ready to start the creation of your portrait and the approved photographs allows us to begin the process of creating your dawghead.

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT ?

This is probably the most difficult part of ordering any custom portrait! As dawgheads require different considerations than a more traditional portrait - we are happy to discuss options with your budget in mind.

I HAVE A FEW PETS - DO YOU OFFER ANY SORT OF DISCOUNT ?

WHAT IS THE BEST SIZE TO ORDER FOR MY PORTRAIT ?

Each dawghead will take roughly several months to complete - larger portraits may take longer. As the processes used to create a dawghead are both painting and sculpture, there are many different steps, phases that will go into creating your portrait. Additionally, a month or so is needed for the portrait to fully dry before mailing.

All major credit cards are accepted as well as money orders and bank checks. Feel free to inquire about our monthly payment plans.
