ONCE THE PHOTOS HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY DAWGHEAD.COM - AN ORDER FORM AND CONTRACT FOR THE DAWGHEAD WILL BE SENT. A DEPOSIT IS DUE PRIOR TO STARTING THE WORK.
AFTER THE PHOTOS, CONTRACT AND DEPOSIT ARE IN ORDER, YOUR DAWGHEAD WILL BE PUT INTO MOTION. AT THIS TIME, BASED ON THE CURRENT WAITING LIST, YOU WILL BE GIVEN AN ESTIMATE FOR COMPLETION DATE OF YOUR PORTRAIT.
ONCE YOUR DAWGHEAD IS COMPLETED, HIGH RESOLUTION DIGITAL PHOTOS WILL BE SENT FOR YOUR FINAL APPROVAL.
THE REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE ONCE YOU HAVE APPROVED YOUR PORTRAIT.
WE WILL CONTACT YOU RE: SHIPPING DATE. WE WILL THEN CAREFULLY PACK IT UP AND SEND YOUR PORTRAIT STRAIGHT OUT TO YOU !
As each dawghead is always different and starts out with its own unique shape, the image is initially placed inside of a square for sizing purposes. The dawghead is then drawn close to the edges to fill that particular size. It is common for the edge of the ears to exceed the square and this is fine - as the basic head shape will be pushed as far out as possible within that size.
Pricing generally starts at $650.00 for a 6" x 6" portrait and generally take about 40 hours to complete. Please feel free to contact us concerning additional sizes. A quote for a price will be given and will depend on the complexity of the individual subject and the desired size.The 8" x 8" is a popular size and is a good size for many breeds as it is close to the size of a medium sized dog.
